WET GROUNDS AND COLD TEMPERATURES FORCE POSTPONEMENT OF PPMS SEASON OPENER UNTIL SATURDAY APRIL 15.

PITTSBURGH, PA (April 8, 2006) -  Wet grounds and the prediction of temperatures falling into the 20’s by evening forced Miley Motorsports to nix the scheduled season opener Saturday night at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway.  The 2006 season at Dirt’s Monster Half Mile is now scheduled to begin on Saturday, April 15 at 7:00 pm sharp.  The six-division action event will consist of the Late Models, Crate Late Models, E-Mods, Pure Stocks, Amateur Stocks and the new 4-cylinder teen division, the “Young Guns”.  More information about the exciting schedule of events for 2006 can be found by visiting our web site at www.ppms.com, or you can call the Pittsburgh Business Office during the week at 412-279-7223.
